Penny Fox

Penny M. Fox has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 30 years. A native of Southern California, Penny is a graduate of California State University at Fullerton and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She operates Penny M. Fox, CPA, A.P.A.C., a full service accounting and consulting firm in Irvine.

Penny’s clientele ranges from individuals to medium-sized corporations. She specializes in tax and accounting services, including tax planning, tax return preparation and bookkeeping. In addition, Penny also provides retirement planning, business consulting, estate planning, trust consulting, divorce planning and bankruptcy planning. Her firm is a full service accounting firm which she views as “standing out from the rest in not only our professional expertise, but in our friendly and caring attitude towards our clients that puts them at ease at all times, creating an environment in which our clients view us as a trusted business advisor.”

In her spare time, Penny enjoys walking, travel, classical music, theater and dance. She has been involved with Orange County charities and not-for-profit service for many years, and currently sits on the board of Community Service Programs, which provides social services such as youth shelters, victim/witness programs and programs for troubled youth and their families in Orange County. Penny’s past service includes the presidency and board membership of the Assessment and Treatment Services Center of Newport Beach. She is the President-Elect of the National Association of Women Business Owners – Orange County and is a member of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce and e-Women Network.  Penny resides in Costa Mesa.
