LifeWorks is pleased and honored to have Teshia Nicole Campbell as part of the team. Teshia brings a history of solid education and experience in nutrition and exercise. Her passion and expertise for health are evident in her life and education. Teshia will be working directly with clients to improve their health; and, alongside Coach Heather, will be a pivotal part of the Inside Out Connection program.
